Gerry Lachance: is a successful businessman who has a passion to see transformation in the workplace. Trained as an accountant, he served in various financial management positions with multi-national corporations including Whirlpool Corporation, Lockheed Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney and Silver Industries. In 1985, he became part owner of Plas-Pak Industries, a medical plastics company. In 2002, he sold his corporate interest to pursue other assignments. He currently is a partner with Generational Solutions, dedicating his time to mentoring, coaching and business consulting for individuals who desire to start & operate successful Kingdom businesses.
Barbara Lachance: is an Author, Artist, Teacher and Ordained Anglican Priest. She has a passion to see lives change for the better. She is the founder of three
successful non-profit organizations. She has a background in Pastoral
Counseling, is a Master Life Strategist and Life Coach. She is certified through
the Institute of Behavioral Living for the DISC Personality Testing, Life Forming
Coaching and Kiros Ministries. She has spoken nationally and internationally on
Developing Strategy for the Marketplace and Pastoral Counseling. She is the
Founder of the CT House of Prayer, and Spirit Wind Center for Creativity and
Healing. She sits on the Board of Directors for several marketplace ministry. She
and Gerry have 5 children , 4 grandchildren and reside on their farm in Hanover
CT.
Fred Choi: is an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team who is certified in leadership training, coaching and speaking. For 25 years, Fred served in various IT leadership positions in organizations ranging from technology startups to Fortune 100 financial firms across the US and Japan. During that journey, Fred began to understand the importance of bringing out the best in people and the difference it makes to nurture and multiply a culture of unstoppable growth to achieve excellence. To date, Fred had successfully added values to individuals & organizations of professionals, entrepreneurs, MBA students, youth and parents, on the subject of leadership & personal growth. During short term mission trips to China, Fred stepped out to serve, inspire and encourage underprivileged children through leadership coaching and training. He also multiplied the capacity by training capable student leaders to become life coaches to serve local children.
Fred is the founder and CEO of Authentic Leadership Solutions, LLC. He is married with three children and lives in Unionville CT with his family.

Background includes MBA in Finance, community and commercial banking, underwriting and workout.
