Gerry Lachance is a successful businessman who has a passion to see transformation in the workplace. Trained as an accountant, he served in various financial management positions with multi-national corporations including Whirlpool Corporation, Lockheed Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney and Silver Industries. In 1985, he became part owner of Plas-Pak Industries, a medical plastics company. In 2002, he sold his corporate interest to pursue other assignments. He currently is a partner with Generational Solutions, dedicating his time to mentoring, coaching and business consulting for individuals who desire to start & operate successful Kingdom businesses.

Barbara Lachance has a passion to see lives change for the better. She is the founder of three successful non-profit organizations. She has a background in Pastoral Counseling, is a Master Life Strategist and Life Coach. She is certified through the Institute of Behavioral Living for the DISC Personality Testing, Life Forming Coaching and Kiros Ministries. As an ordained minister she has spoken nationally and internationally on Developing Strategy for the Marketplace and Pastoral Counseling. She is the Founder and President of the Connecticut House of Prayer and she has served on the pastoral staff at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, New London, CT and Bishop Seabury Church in Groton, CT. She sits on the Board of several International Ministries, and is a member of the International Collation of Apostles. Barbara and her husband Gerry have 5 children, 4 grandchildren and reside in Mystic, Connecticut.

Dr. Paul Taylor has been a public speaker for over thirty years helping people to discover their personal identity, gifts, and purpose enabling them to achieve their goals in life. He recently received a Doctor of Humanities from United Graduate College and Seminary.  He has a BS degree in Business Administration from Providence College and is a graduate from Global University in Biblical Studies. He has been a Pastor, Mentor and Life Coach to individuals and couples who want to make a difference in the world around them. Paul has been married for 29 years to his wife Karen.  They have four wonderful adult children, Holly, Megan, Cory, and Kyle.

Professor Clyde River, Ph.D. is acting Honorary Consul for California for the Republic of Burundi, as appointed by H.E. President Pierre Nknrunziza. He is the International Advisor for the Association of Former Mayors International – Kenya. He is the Chief Chancellor of Educational Development Worldwide for the United Graduate College and Seminary. Professor Rivers is the International Director of Generational Solutions, a humanitarian organization that brings life giving education.
