Transformation is an oft over used word to mean many things to many people, depending on your frame of “reference”. In science it is used to define “the genetic alteration of a cell resulting from the introduction of foreign DNA.” In Medical terms, it can apply to “post-natal biological change”. In the computer world it relates to the “process of converting data from a source into a destination format”. In every case, transformation implies “change”.
Whether we are discussing, philosophical, spiritual, legal, or cultural change, one thing becomes undeniable. In our quest for transformation, change for it’s own sake, leaves no lasting beneficial impact on the “original source” or the “final destination” or outcome. Generational Solutions, thus seeks change that adds value, bears fruit, and will last. Call it life long change. Or call it life impacting change. How ever you define it, it must be for the betterment, and provide a new outcome that otherwise wouldn’t have been achieved. Thus, we define transformation as follows:

Their business and counseling experience brings encouragement to the corporate world, the education systems and faith based ministries.
Gerry and Barbara reside in Mystic, Connecticut; they have five children and four grandchildren.
Gerry is a successful businessman who has a passion to see transformation in the workplace. Trained as an accountant, he served in various financial management positions with multi-national corporations including Whirlpool Corporation, Lockheed Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney and Silver Industries. In 1985, he became part owner of Plas-Pak Industries, a medical plastics company, and sold his corporate interest in 2002. He has since devoted his time in mentoring individuals who desire to start businesses as well as being CFO of Generational Solutions.
Barbara is the CEO of Generational Solutions with a passion to see transformation in the marketplace. She is the founder of two successful non-profit organizations. She is an ordained minister and has spoken nationally and internationally. She has a background in Pastoral Counseling, is a Master Life Strategist and Life Coach and certified through the Institute of Behavioral Living. In 2005 she organized a state wide network of pastors and leaders crossing denominational and cultural barriers building unity among Christians. She has been on the pastoral staff at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, New London, CT and Bishop Seabury Church in Groton, CT.
