In our changing economy, statistics indicate that many individuals are choosing to become entrepreneurs in order to achieve financial independence, while fulfilling a lifetime dream of owning and operating a business.

Having been successful corporate executives, business owners, mentors, and performance coaches, we find that those individuals who have made decisions to fulfill their dream (owning a business) often are ill equipped to take on the “entrepreneur assignment.” Poor preparation emotional failure, rather than financial success as originally intended.

To assist individuals in achieving their dream of owning and operating a successful business, Generational Solutions has developed Steps to Developing a Successful Business program. The program includes instructional courses and the participation in a Business Incubator program. Current statistics show that 87% of Incubator graduates stay in business.

1. Being an Entrepreneur –Do You Have What It Takes?
Consists of two instructional presentations to explore all of the elements involved in operating a successful business. This course is a prerequisite to the next step.

2. What’s Involved in Setting Up the Business?
Consists of ten instructional presentations which will insure that all components of the business are clearly understood.

3. Incubating the Business
Business incubation is a business support process that accelerates the successful development of start-up companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services. Generational Solutions has assembled a team of professionals to provide you with the specific needs of your business. This customized program will provide the oversight to successfully launch and operate your business. The cost of these services will be determined based on the needs of each client.

4. Stand Alone Operation
The success of the incubation period has prepared you and released you to operate your business with confidence and financial success. If desired, Generational Solutions will provide continued minimal consulting and coaching. Your dream is now being fulfilled. Congratulations!

2. What’s Involved in Setting Up the Business?
10 Sessions (6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)

Dates: Every Tuesday starting September 28, 2010 thru December 7, 2010

Cost: $500.00 per person

3. Incubating the Business

        A network of professionals will be available to cover the following area:

  a. Legal

  b. Business Consulting

  c. Organizational Development

  d. Developing Marketing Plans

  e. Funding Network

  f.  Developing a comprehensive Business Plan

4. Stand Alone Operation
